1. Our Role and Services

Global Talent Hub is a platform designed to connect individuals seeking international employment ("Job Seekers") with businesses and recruitment agencies posting job listings ("Employers"). We provide tools for profile creation, job discovery, application management, interview scheduling, and AI-powered assistance. Our role is to facilitate this connection. We are not a party to any employment agreements between Job Seekers and Employers.

2. AI-Powered Features

Our Platform uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as job recommendations, resume analysis, content generation, and candidate shortlisting ("AI Features"). These features are designed to assist you, but they are not a substitute for your own judgment. The output from these AI Features is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it. Global Talent Hub is not liable for any decisions made based on the output of our AI Features.

3. Employer Packages and Payments

Employers may purchase job posting packages. All packages are non-refundable once purchased. For monthly subscription plans, job allowances are provided on a monthly basis. Any unused job postings can be carried over to the next month and are valid for up to 90 days after the paid month ends. Companies may subscribe to more than one plan within a month, provided the current plan runs out mid-month.

Sponsored job postings follow either a pay-per-application (PPA) or pay-per-click (PPC) model. Costs are variable and influenced by market factors such as job title and location. Employers using the PPA model have 72 hours to review and reject an application to avoid being charged.

4. User Responsibilities

All Users: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the Platform in a professional manner and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Job Seekers: You are responsible for the content of your profile, resumes, and any other information you upload. Global Talent Hub is not responsible for the accuracy of job listings or the hiring practices of Employers.

Employers: You are responsible for your job postings, ensuring they are accurate, lawful, and do not contain discriminatory content. You are solely responsible for your hiring decisions and interactions with Job Seekers, including any interview scheduling.

5. Platform Use and Limitations

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that could harm the Platform or its users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Global Talent Hub does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or that it will result in successful employment or candidate placement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Talent Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
